Email noveldoc@outlook.com. Include the Chrome version, source website, what you expected, and what appeared instead. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or copyrighted story text beyond the minimum excerpt needed to describe a display problem.

Installation

1. Install Novel Document Reader from its official Chrome Web Store listing.
2. Pin the extension from Chrome's Extensions menu.
3. Open a supported story details page that includes its chapter list.
4. Select the extension icon and open the reading workspace.

A chapter does not load

Confirm that the source page opens normally in Chrome and that you are signed in when the source website requires an account. Start from a story details page rather than an individual chapter page. The extension cannot bypass unavailable content, paywalls, age gates, or automated access checks.

Restore Premium access

After payment, refresh the browser tab where Novel Document Reader is running once to update your Premium status. If it remains locked, open Reading settings, select a Premium feature, and use the existing-customer login with the email associated with the purchase. If access is still unavailable, contact support with the purchase email and payment date.

Uploaded documents and settings

DOCX files, profile images, and preferences are stored in Chrome's local extension storage. Clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension removes this local data. Keep an original copy of every document you upload.
